Calendar Calendar Thursday, September 23 Dance Rhythm Tap classes Stefanie Weber will offer rhythm tap classes in her Storefront Artist Project studio at 55 North St., Pittsfield on Thursday evenings. Classes will be based on Stefanie's technique which highlights discovery and mastery of the expressive sounds and movements associated with tap dancing. "Basics" will go from 5:30 to 6:30 and is for those with no or little tap experience; tap shoes are not necessary. "Beyond Basics" is from 6:30 to 7:45 and is for those with more experience. Outdoor activities Highland Communities Initiative A community trails workshop will be offered in Williamsburg, including an introduction to the process of designing and planning a trail and practical advice from experienced trail-builders in local communities. Three sessions will feature in-depth discussions about connecting trails, finding partner organizations, landowner liability, legal agreements and community outreach.
